Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 days of placing order. (Orders placed on while we are closed may take longer to be packaged.)

We ship with Canada Post or FedEx. A tracking number will load on to your account as soon as we have packed your item and created a shipping label to be shipped.

Beauty without waste

We offer a low-waste beauty experience from the moment you enter the salon right through to your at-home haircare. 

To deliver the best service we do rely on some packaging. We’re working hard to minimize the waste we produce at every stage. Here’s how:

Reduce

We package orders from our online shop securely yet minimally. We use recycled boxes, and recyclable protective materials. Our packing peanuts are biodegradable and reused from the shipments we receive.

Reuse

Bring your empty shampoo and conditioner bottles into the salon for a refill and a 10% discount.

Recycle

Or, return your empties and we’ll recycle them through our third party supplier and give you 10% off your next product purchase. 

Repurpose

Our partnership with Green Circle Salons, the salon and online store contribute to recycling or repurposing upto 95% of our salon waste including hair clippings, foils, packaging, and excess colour. In 2024, this amounted to 390lbs of waste.
